Production Supervisor - shift supervision (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Lantern Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
