Production Supervisor - shift supervision (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Willow Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
