Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark North Medical designs and makes medical devices in Detroit, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
