Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Thistle Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
