Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Denver, CO)

Bright Ember Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Denver. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
