Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Yarrow Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
