Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wilder Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
