Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Thistle Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
