Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Farms Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
