Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge River Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Dallas producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
