Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Columbus, OH)

Stonegate Lantern Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
