Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Haven Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Columbus. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
