Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Columbus, OH)

Greenridge Iron Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Columbus. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
