Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ridge Medical Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
