Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Haven Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
