Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Chicago, IL)

Lumen Ridge Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Chicago, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
