Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Fox Press is a printer and publisher in Charlotte serving local and national clients, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
