Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Cobalt Medical Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
