Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Charleston, SC)

Westbrook Quill Foods Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
