Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Charleston, SC)

Amberfield Ridge Auto Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training.
