Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Buffalo, NY)

Redstone Amber Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Buffalo, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
