Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Amber Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Buffalo producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
