Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Summit Amber Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
