Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boston, MA)

Bright Glen Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 457 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
