Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Loom Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Boston. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
