Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boston, MA)

Silverline Vale Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training.
