Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Pike Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Boston producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 420 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
