Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boston, MA)

Northwind Thistle Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Boston producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
