Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Fox Medical designs and makes medical devices in Boston. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
