Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boston, MA)

Westbrook Linden Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Boston. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
