Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boston, MA)

Ironwood Haven Medical designs and makes medical devices in Boston, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
