Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Boise, ID)

Westbrook North Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 266 people based in Boise. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
