Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Meadow Medical Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
