Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Junction Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
