Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Baltimore, MD)

Nova Ridge Medical Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
