Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Silverline Nest Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
