Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Kestrel Manufacturing makes precision components in Baltimore, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
