Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Bridge Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Baltimore. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
