Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Glen Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Baltimore, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
