Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Nest Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Baltimore producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
