Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Pine Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
