Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Amber Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
