Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Loom Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
