Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Ridge Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
