Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark North Pharma develops and makes medicines in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
