Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Thistle Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations.
