Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Wichita, KS)

Stonegate Clear Farms Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
