Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Wichita, KS)

Cedar Mill Farms is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
