Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Iron Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
