Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Tulsa, OK)

Amberfield Oak Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Tulsa. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
